TitleEnhancing Sink-Location Privacy in Wireless Sensor Networks through k-Anonymity
Speaker: Zhiyun Lin, Zhejiang University
Bio: Zhiyun Lin received his PhD degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Toronto, Canada, 2005. He was a Postdoctoral Research Associate in University of Toronto, Canada, from 2005 to 2007. He joined the College of Electrical Engineering, Zhejiang University, China, in 2007. Currently, he is a Professor of Systems Control in the same college. His research interests focus on distributed control, estimation and optimization, coordinated and cooperative control of multi-agent systems, hybrid and switched system theory, and locomotion control of biped robots.
 
TitlePrivacy Preserving Average Consensus
Speaker: Yilin Mo, California Institute of Technology
Bio: Yilin Mo is a postdoctoral researcher in the Department of Control and Dynamical Systems at California Institute of Technology. He received his Ph.D. in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University in 2012 and his Bachelor of Engineering degree from Department of Automation, Tsinghua University in 2007. His research interests include secure control systems and networked control systems, with applications in sensor networks.
 
Title: Secure Consensus-based Time Synchronization in Wireless Sensor Networks
Speaker: Peng Cheng, Zhejiang University
Bio: Peng Cheng received the B.E. degree in Automation, and the Ph.D. degree in Control Science and Engineering in 2004 and 2009 respectively, both from Zhejiang University, Hangzhou, China. Currently he is Associate Professor with Department of Control Science and Engineering, Zhejiang University. He serves as Associate Editor of International Journal of Distributed Sensor Networks, and International Journal of Communication Systems. He also served as the publicity co-chair for IEEE MASS 2013. His research interests include networked sensing and control, cyber-physical systems, and robust control.
 
Title: Jamming Attacks on Remote State Estimation in Cyber-Physical Systems: A Game-Theoretic Approach
Speaker: Ling Shi, Hong Kong University of Science and Technology
Bio: Ling Shi received his B.S. degree in EEE from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology in 2002 and Ph.D. degree in Control and Dynamical Systems from California Institute of Technology in 2008. He is currently an Assistant Professor at the Department of EEE at the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology. His research interests include networked control systems, wireless sensor networks and distributed control.
